Composer in residence - Kassel 2012

Charlotte Seither is Composer in residence in the inofficial cultural program of Kassel during documenta XIII  2012. From 17th June untill 5t  September there will be a retrospective of 12 concerts within the serie New Music in St. Martin in cooperation with other institutions of the city. 23 works of the composer will be heard, two oft them are commission works / world premieres.

 

 

ASKO Kamerkoor Amsterdam

ASKO Kamerkoor Amsterdam gives the Nederland premiere of Passage innocent for 12 voices (2006). Jos Leussink conducts the concert serie in Eindhoven (Plaza Futura / 1.12.), Amsterdam (Felix Meritis 21.2. / 17.4.), Utrecht (Nikolaikerk 2.3.) and Tilburg (Cenakel 27.3.). As well with Seeds of noises and Fra l’altro the ensemble was already successfull in Nederland.

International Jury of 13° Premio di Trieste 2012 / Italy

Charlotte Seither has been nominated for the International Jury of the Composition Contest 13° Premio di Trieste 2012. The jury will consist of  Ivan Fedele (President / Italy), Rocco Abate (Italy), Alberto Colla (Italy), Zygmunt Krauze (Poland), Lucas Pfaff (France), Berislav Sipus (Kroatia) and Charlotte Seither (Germany).
